There are some words that I´m not sure of what they mean, could someone explain to me please

GI

An abbreviation for "Gastro-Intestinal."  That is the specialty area that includes reflux.  We sometimes call a doctor in this area a "GI doctor" or "GI."
Probe
I think this is the pH probe.  The probe is a tube that is put in the nose and down the throat to test the stomach and esophagus for acid levels.
GERD
Gastro-Esophageal Reflux Disease...the official "name" for reflux
GT
G-tube???  Anyone???
Dumping syndrome
Where the intestines will "dump" food out immediately instead of holding onto it and getting nutrition from it.  Instant, sometimes violent diarrhea.  It can be very serious.  This is sometimes a complication of surgery to repair reflux.
Fundo/fundo wrap, fodoplication
These are the same thing.  Fundoplication is where the top of the stomach is wrapped around the bottom of the esophagus to tighten it and keep the stomach from refluxing.

I really hope that helps.
