ProbeI think this is the pH probe. The probe is a tube that is put in the nose and down the throat to test the stomach and esophagus for acid levels.

Dumping syndromeWhere the intestines will "dump" food out immediately instead of holding onto it and getting nutrition from it. Instant, sometimes violent diarrhea. It can be very serious. This is sometimes a complication of surgery to repair reflux.
Fundo/fundo wrap, fodoplicationThese are the same thing. Fundoplication is where the top of the stomach is wrapped around the bottom of the esophagus to tighten it and keep the stomach from refluxing.
