I have been diagnosed with RSD 2 months after operation for CTS work
related.
I have been out of work for 4 ½ moths and now comp is cutting my pay
in half.
My employer will not let me come back to work on light duty. NYS
My next dr. apt. in 4 days.
What do I do if he says I cant go back to work full duty?
