Unfortunately, yes, it is all part of RSD. Tremors come from any kind of nerve damage that has occurred. Basically, it's the nerves way of telling you, "HI, I'm here and I have a boo boo." Especially if where you get the tremor is located where the nerve lies over a boney process. Bone pain is not uncommon to RSD or any other of the chronic pain syndromes.
