To All Members Past and Present,

I have created  Chronic Pain Information Cards for those that have pain and take medication for their pain. I made them so that It could be carried in their wallet, purse or car so that if needed, it will be available to speak when you cannot.

If you would like one or two of these cards please message me and I will mail them out to you.

I believe it is important to carry something so that others will know you have pain and need to be cared for differently.

Please do not post your addresses here message them to e and I will send you the card/cards. Let me know how many you need.
