Hi All,
I made it home! It was really great to see my
parents, but it is still hard to believe that they
have been married for 50 years. They were surprised to
see all of us "kids" down there. The trip was really
tough on my RSD though. It was one of the worst trips,
physically, that I have had to deal with.
I do have a question for anyone who has a Spinal Cord
stimulator. Last summer when i went out west my SCS
shut off and I could not turn it back on with my
remote control. I had to go into the hospital to get
"reprogrammed" before it would go back on again. The
same thing happen this time. Has anyone had the same
problem? I have no idea why this has happen. It never
has shut down at home.
I had hoped this trip would give me a lift. I am just
having a tough time both physically and mentally. Just
really down lately. I hope you all are doing as well
as can be expected having to deal with the "monster".
Take Care
Jim
