Hi All,

I am going to be going away for a little while so if
I do not answer your emails it is not because
something is wrong. I am hopping on a train on
Thursday and heading out west for a little while. It
is my parents 50th Anniversary and my brothers and I
are getting together to throw them a party.
I know I probably should not go on this trip the way
that I have been feeling but I really want to see
everyone.
After the party next weekend I am going to head up
to our place in Colorado and do a little writing. I am
hoping a little solitude up in the mountains helps.
I am also going to spend a day or two walking around
some of the lava tubes in northern New Mexico. I have
always enjoyed spelunking and I just want to try it
again. It is a little strange being in the dark for
such a long time but you lose track of time when you
are down there.
I am trying to keep "the monster" at bay, but it
just seems to be getting tougher. You all take care
and I wish you all the best. This is not an easy road
that we all have to travel but together we can smooth
out some of the bumps.
