Many of us with chronic pain have been faced with a new beginning and a new direction. Our injuries have dictated that our lives in some shape or form be altered or changed. Many have shouted out in anger, "I want my old life back." While others have come to realize this truly could be a new beginning. This can be a chance to move in directions never dreamed possible.
