REBEL is a group of teens dedicated to educating peers, middle and elementary school children, and other members of the community about the dangers of tobacco use. REBEL began in 2000 and is still running strong under the mission statement: “we are a statewide, youth-led, youth-driven, anti-tobacco movement whose mission is to reach, educate, and empower New Jersey’s youth to make healthy lifestyle decisions and to support non-smoking norms."
