If your pain is related to work:
1- First, the pain under the scapula area can be from "winging",
when you are instrumenting your elbows should be by your sides, not up in the
air pointing out. That puts extreme fatigue on the muscles around the scapula.
2- The lower back pain is from not using proper posture, from not being close
enough to the patient where we can sit up straight.....usually lower back is
from leaning in to the patient, and you can see how the lower back muscles would
have to tighten to hold our upper body all day long.
