With the Three Treasures...
do the 1st 4 channels Lung, LI, ST, SP (earth zone) correspond to post-natal Jing-Qi
the 2nd 4 channels HT, SI, UB, KD (heaven zone) correspond to pre-natal Jing-Shen
and the 3rd 4 channels PC, SJ, GB, LV (human zone) correspond to Ministerial Fire administering the three?

In 5E, the HT is the first channel in the flow, so Heaven would be first.
It would make sense that pre-natal Jing-Shen would arrive before post-natal Jing-Qi.

It seems accepted that the Ren 4-6/ Du 4 (Dan Tian/Ming-men) area corresponds to Jing
what about Qi?    Ren 12 or Ren 17
what about Shen?  Ren 17 or Yin Tang

I've meditated with Ling Zhi and it definitely opens up the Du channel to allow for Shen to have free passage
up and down the spine; in other words, it makes you sit straight and see your nature;
but only when it is cooked properly (in a double ginseng cooker).
I think the loss of essential volatile oils is the loss of the Shen from the mushroom.

   The HT and LV channels are the internal eye vessels guiding Shen and Hun  (Spirit and Soul)
   The HT governs blood as the emperor, the LV stores the mandate of heaven-blood (as a minister).
  
If the blood is included into the Three Treasures equation, where would it fit?
