M, 33, with L-sided headache for 1 year. The headaches last for days
and OTC painkillers do not help. His headache began the day before and
was a 2/10 at time of treatment. The pain is dull and aching, with
pain increasing with each day. They are worse at night and with stress.

He also reported poor digestion for years, with a diagnosis of IBS in
2002. Symtoms include gas, bloating, nausea and vomiting, with BM
alternating between constipation and diarrhea. He also noted excessive
thirst and hunger, and stress incontinence.

T: purple, thick white coat, cracks
P: Dai (L and R) + slightly rapid
Pts: GB 41, 26, 27, 28

Pulse came up a bit in the first and third positions following
treatment. Headache reduced to a 1/10 immediately after treatment, and
disappeared completely 4 hours following treatment.
