F, 26.
Migraines for 18 years with >3/wk. Usually R forehead to R temple. Sx
include n/v, visual disturbance. No headache at time of tx d/t
medication, but headache every day during previous week. Worse with
menstruation, stress.
Irritable bowel since college. Sx include gurgling, mucous and food in
stools, 4-5 BM/day (usually a.m.)
TMJ for >10 yrs. R usually worse than L. 1/10 at time of tx.

T: red tip, thin white coat
P: blockage of ying between Liv and Lu
Pts: Entry/Exit: Liv 14-Lu 1.

Pulse seemed to even out a bit after tx. As patient did not have a
migraine at time of tx, it is difficult to evaluate the effectiveness
of this treatment. TMJ pain disappeared.
