Hello, Dr. Passov is it?

The shape of the pulse you are describing is a yinqiao pulse according to Chapter 10 of Wang Shuhe's Pulse Classic. When I encounter these pulses, I want to know about more about traumatic events of the physical type. However, the stroke may be sufficient. The treatment would include points on the trajectory of the yin qiao with at least K6 and UB1 or 2.

Hi. I recently saw a 71y/o female in my school clinic. Her c/c was
HTN, which she is currently managing with pharmaceuticals. Her BP was
110/70. She has no H/A, dizziness, or fatigue. She sleeps well and
through the night. No problems with digestion and 1-2 well formed
BM/day. She stated she is using the acupunture treatments as part of
her stroke prevention plan (her phycisians also caught and repaired a
brain anyuerysm last year). It seemed as if there was nothing
physically wrong with her, although she seemed a little spacey and not
quite present. Her tongue was dusky in color, orange tint on the
sides, central crack with a thicker yellow coat towrads the rear and
TM. I felt her UJ and MJ pulses the best at the organ level, while
both her kidney pulses I felt at the Qi level. What could this mean?
