Has regular diet for his age. Regular BM, sleeps 7-8 hours per day.

signal was earth in the proximal chi position. I palpated K3 (earth
point) and returned to check the pulse. The pulse evened out. I
continued my treatment with: K6, LU 7, LV 3, ST 36, PC 6, SP 4 and
Du 20.

You have identified the kidney as the first area of concentration.
The kidney is part of the second circuit which also inludes Ht, Si
and Ub. Other points within the circuit could be used to address the
back and anxiety. In order to address the fatigue, jump from Tai
yang (ub/kd) within the second circuit, to the tai yin in the first
circuit and tonify the lung and spleen. Finally ---how about Si shen
cong for concentration.

first step in the day time wei qi, (sinew vessel) model. The compass
method would work nicely here. The focus should be on the locust of
stagnation---water / kid in this instance. Heart points should only
be included if the kidney / water axis does not proove fruitful.
The treatment could be further developed in the ways described
previously.
