Kelly - this all appears to be liver qi stagnation with invasion of a
weak spleen - this explains the pulses and symptoms to this point. I
have often found a TCM approach to this pattern more affective than Dr
Shen's systems model with corresponding herbs. However, a blend of the
two methods can be the best.

There are many patterns that could be contributing to this scenario.

Here you are dealing with nonsense.

These regimens are utterly without basis - is he better from the treatment?

> Diagnosis: NS overacting on Digestive?
Yes - because the digestive system is most likely damaged by extreme
behviors...at leasat that is my impression, his patterns are not newly
acquired, this stuff takes a lifetime.

> How to delicately combine CNS with Digestive?
CAREFULLY! Actually, this formula looks good, for study purposes, I
would compare it with Jia Wei Xiao Yao Wan, there are similarities. The
real question is how your patient responds to your theorum Nervous
system overacting on Digestive System. I think the digestive system was
weakened by other causes, that is the primary area we are thinking
differently on this case.
