Hey, thanks for writing again. I agree that it is the incomprehensibleness, the suddenness, the coldness of it that hurts so much. It is amazing to learn that such people exist... people with no consciences. They can lie and manipulate and cheat and not care at all. We feel used and emotionally abused. How was your therapy session? Write again and let me know what is going on. Later, Bruce.

Hi Bruce:
Thanks for sharing your story as well. It helps to read what has
happened to other people because I realize that I am not alone and
that I am fortunate to have had only three months with this person as
opposed to several years. It's just so bizarre.

> Nelson, I am so sorry to hear your story. There are many of us in
a similar boat. I am about 2 months out of a relationship with a
woman I lived with for 2 years. She proposed to me, showered me with
love, and pretended to be my soul mate. Little did I know that she
was cheating on me. She got fired from her job for seducing men
there and then ran off with a short, ugly, 70 year old man. For me,
it was all out of the blue and a complete surprise. In fact, I
didn't even figure out most of it until she was gone. I saw her
personality change right in front of my eyes. She talked to me like
she didn't know me. It was a tragedy and a trauma that I am still
reeling from. I want you to know that time does help. Also, get
some therapy. Also, learn as much as you can about these terrible
people. I wish you well. Keep in touch. Bruce.
