Nelson, I am so sorry to hear your story.  There are many of us in a similar boat.  I am about 2 months out of a relationship with a woman I lived with for 2 years.  She proposed to me, showered me with love, and pretended to be my soul mate.  Little did I know that she was cheating on me.  She got fired from her job for seducing men there and then ran off with a short, ugly, 70 year old man.  For me, it was all out of the blue and a complete surprise.  In fact, I didn't even figure out most of it until she was gone.  I saw her personality change right in front of my eyes.  She talked to me like she didn't know me.  It was a tragedy and a trauma that I am still reeling from.  I want you to know that time does help.  Also, get some therapy.  Also, learn as much as you can about these terrible people.  I wish you well.  Keep in touch.  Bruce.
