I along with my x's family are trying to get my x some help we have
become fully aware he is delusional in extreme relation of fantasies
can become very volitile and is frequently like jeckle/hyde. I have
taken legal action to restrict kids from him unless supv. we are very
worried of his reaction when served these papers. What is the help
for someone who is a narcasist what is the prognosis? And is there
anything myself or his family can do to help?
