I use anywhere between 1-2 teaspoons of CERTO along with either Cherry or
Pomegranate Concentrate or Extract, and then add 1 teaspoon of raw honey,
and fill the glass up with club soda. Immediately after drinking the pain
seems to be gone, which is a miracle as far as I am concerned, and I can
walk. I was walking around the supermarket the other day, and when I
realized I wasn't walking like a duck, but was walking naturally, I stopped
and had to wipe away the tears of joy! Unfortunately, I have not found that
the results are lasting, but am hopeful that if I continue to drink this
concoction it may be helping to build cartilage. Also, my nails seem to be
much thicker and stronger. They were paper thin before.

How much Certo do you use in each glass and is it the same thing as fruit
pectin or apple pectin? I have over done this morning and am headed back
to bed. My husband just found some fruit pectin that I forgot that we had.
Our older neighbor 72, who moved and left her 3 oldest dogs with us, told
me that club soda was what she drank. She said it gave her more energy.
the tap water here is loaded with clorine flouride and other chemicals. we
double filter it. Once with a paper/charcoal & Pur water pitcher. I can
drink it then. Wonder if a little baking soda would ad a little fizz.

What is the Beck Protocol?

PS. I can't take the drugs or new biologics for pain control due to heart

I wanted to pass this article along to you so that you can try this if you

great results immediately. It is keeping the pain and inflammation down
considerably. I don't know if it is a cure, but I am certainly hoping it
will at least repair some of the damage that has been done. At the same
time, I am also doing what is known as The Beck Protocol, so between the two
protocols, I am looking forward to some long term results.
