I drink Cherry Juice   Message List

I have multiple physical problems, i.e.- scoliosis, "military
spine," spinal arthritis, degenerative disk disease, facet joint
disease, two herniated disks in my neck, one herniated in my lumbar
spine and two buldging down there. The one that is herniated in the
lumber spine has been repaired twice. Then, I was rear-ended buy a
man who was blabbing on his cell phone. Ever since, I have been in
almost unbearable, severe pain. I have been a walking pharmacy. I
have been through aqua therapy, physical therapy, chronic
chiropractic treatments, learned bio-feedback, get nine steroid
injections in my neck, shoulders and lower back every two months and
finally had all of my spinal nerve roots surgically destroyed by
Spinal Nerve Root Ablation. I became a non-person, non-mother, non-
wife. It was all I could do to have my husband help drag me out of
bed Mon. through Friday, so I could go to work for 6 hours/day.
Then, go home drug myself up and pack in ice. I rested, medicated
and iced ALL weekend, so I could work again, the next week. This
went on for two years. Finally, after having the spinal nerve roots
destroyed and getting on 60mg. of long acting Morphine three
times/day, plus Tylenol with Codeine for breakthrough pain, and
muscle relaxers, I was able to function as more of a human, but the
pain was still very bad. The drugs were the only reason I could
sleep at night. Even with all of that, I continued to have
unbelievable pain in my neck shoulders and back. There were many
times I wished I could go to sleep and never wake up. I went to my
chiropracter about two months ago. She told me about the cherry
juice. I figured it certainly couldn't hurt to try it and I LOVE
tart cherries. I found that after just a few days, I was no longer
able to predict the rainy weather. THAT shocked me! I have found
that after using it for over a month, my pain has improved
immensely. The reason I know this, is because I ran out of juice
and missed it for 4 days. I couldn't understand why I was having so
much pain, (not even thinking about the juice). Then, it dawned on
me, that the only difference in my life was the absence of the
juice. I really had no idea to what a great extent it had been
helping me, until I no longer had it. I am certain that the anti-
inflammatory effects are a huge help for me, as I am not able to
take anti-inflammatories in medicine form. They cause me to have
ulcers. The cherry juice, however, does NOT hurt my stomach! I am
so thankful for this naturally healthful and wonderful tasting
miracle. I have started several friends and family members on it
for various health reasons. My friend, Karen has had difficult
problems controlling her blood pressure and has had to keep
increasing her medication. I am a nurse, so I checked a base-line
pressure on her prior to starting the juice. After one month, her
pressure has dropped from 124/80 to 108/70. She says her pressure
has NEVER been that good! We are in hopes that she will be able to
drop her medicine doses....maybe even get off completely. I'm
giving it to my parents for several of their health issues including
pain in my mom & blood pressure problems, prevention of further
strokes and hopefully prevention of Alheimer's in my dad. I pray
that Royal Ridge Fruits ( www.mycherryjuice.com) will always keep
the price of this juice affordable for we people who need it so
badly, due to the fact that insurance doesn't cover it.

Sincerely thankful,
Michelle Steil R.N.
