I do relate to the depression too. I rarely get it on my body but I
think it's because I "tanned" and the light kept it off. I can no
longer tan (skin cancer <sigh>) but no psoriasis yet. I did get a
patch "there" before and used Elocon cream which helped alot. I have
a hair dresser that understands and cuts my hair with no problem but
I always worry about changing to a new one. My finger embarrasses me
too.

I understand about getting close to someone but you need to get out
and meet people. You will find someone that understands. I did. I
was the same way. What do you try for your patches? Do you keep the
areas moisturized? Use a non alergenic lotion to help. Oatmeal baths
really do help with itching. Get sunshine on your body as you can
but be careful about too much sun.

I'll check postings later. I hope all of you have a great day today.
