hey roy!!
dont let it get you down, baby!!! its all in the
attitude. in fact, my brother (a holistic doctor)
gave me the best advice ive heard so far: "you gotta
own the bitch."
ive had pa for about 2 years. it starated out pretty
slowly BUT turned aggressive VERY quickly. i even had
trouble getting out of bed. sometimes, it took a half
hour. and boy, was i tired. my body was fighting ALL
THE TIME . . . .
anyways, i was on metho. and that wasnt working. i
was also taking many herbs (cox2 inhibitors (zyflamed
works pretty well), gluc and condroin., as well as
some others). i finally made the decision to take
enbrel.
true, its not for everyone. in fact, it only works
for about 50% of people with pa. HOWEVER, im one of
the lucky ones. IVE NEVER BEEN
BETTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
the lesson? take it in baby steps. there are plenty
of things to do and there are CERTAINLY
breakthroughs out there. and most imp., youre not
alone.
