I would like to find recipes for propolis, for my own personal use, we

have quite a few bee hives and use the honey but would like to learn

to make use of the propolis and bee pollen.

Hello Brenda,

Just read your email today and may i ask where are you from? How did you get my email address?

I do use propolis and have now 27 colonies of apis mellifera and 4 colonies of trigona bees(stingless bees). As for my own opinion, the trigona is the best to produce propolis because the while hive is made of propolis and it is very pure and very potent in dealing with a lot of ailments.
