This is a sharing-and-support group for people who are going through Primal Therapy or any of the other Deep Feeling Regressive Psychotherapies.

Self-Primallers and people doing therapy on their own after reading the books by Arthur Janov,Theresa Sheppard Alexander, Konrad Stettbacher, Jean Jenson, Thomas Stone, Cecil Osborne, Paul Vereshack, etc. are also welcome to apply to join.

Here we can share problems that we are encountering, or pass on things that are helpful and are working for us. So it's basically not a group for 'analysing' other people or 'advising' them or a place for requesting or receiving 'advice'. Rather, it is a place for sharing and for getting in touch with our own pain to resolve it.

The group is for sharing primal issues, problems, feelings, and hopefully growth. However, if group members have issues that they can't resolve with each other, they will be encouraged to 'take it back to childhood' and work through any unfelt traumas that may be causing the problem. On joining, you will automatically receive a copy of the group guidelines.

The list is confidential and if you would prefer you don't have to give your name to join. An email address for mail to reach you, and your first name or a pseudonym (of not less than two letters) is fine if you would like privacy, though anonymous postings, unsigned postings, and postings in capitals will not be allowed. The archives are open to members only.

(A private letter to the moderator/s telling a bit about yourself and your experiences with therapy is not essential, but would assist the moderator/s if you are wanting help).
