I am just one woman with a very full Real Life. I will try to approve memberships on Sunday or Monday every week. Please have some patience with my schedule.
If you request membership and do not include an intro within a week, your membership will be DENIED. So please be sure to request membership AND include an intro!
Since diet and pregnancy tend to affect every part of one's life, there is no topic rule here. The only "rule" is that you must be eating low-carb and you must be either pregnant, nursing, or trying to conceive.

Sometimes get discouraged while trying to conceive, so rather than leaving the group, please go to No Mail for a while, to take a break from all the emails. We're quite a vocal group! ;) I prefer that members do this, rather than unsubscribe, if they plan to return. It's easier, IMO, than having to go through the subscription process again!
