Jim: A NewFill kit consists of two vials. My doctor's standard proceedure was to use one kit per session ( a vial for each cheek). Since I had 6 sessions total, I used 6 kits (12 vials). One note: approximately 40% of each kit was "wasted" at my first 3 sessions. Initially, I was treating both cheeks AND temples and approximately 40% of each kit went into my temples. But after 3 sessions, I saw no result whatsoever in the temples and I instructed the doctor to henceforth treat only the cheeks. Hope this helps you out! Fred

Mornin' Fred. My name is Jim, I live in Dallas. Can you inform me as to how much NuFill was injected during each session? I know it may differ from patient to patient. How many vials did you have to purchase to acheive the results in your case? I am in the process of consulting with Plastic Surgeons and Dermatolgists but would like the additonal input from a patient who has actually undergone the procedure(s). Thank you and my regards, Jim

My facial lipatrophy was initially diagnosed as moderate/severe and my cheeks now are full and normal-looking. I think most NuFill patience will agree with me when I state that patience is a must - no instant results here. I saw little result from the first two or three treatments, but dramatic progress became apparent by the sixth treatment. Bear in mind that, as I understand it, NuFill is not a filler or implant in the traditional sense; its purpose is to stimulate real, natural growth of your own skin. This is why there is a three week interval between treatments so that the injected solution can stimulate said growth. On the down side, there is a degree of "lumpiness", but nothing overly noticeable. I have seen very little degradation since my last treatment. In fact, this coming week I have an appointment for a "touch-up" treatment where I'm hoping to further smooth-out my cheeks. I am told these maintenance treatments are recommended about once a year. Also, I have severe atrophy in my temples as well; I had about 3 NuFill treatments in the temple region with absolutely no result. I have heard anecdotally that other people as well have had poor results with NuFill in the temples. I am currently investigating other treatment options for my temples. Your statement of product & injection costs were right on the money. Good Luck! Fred

nufill in April. I have found that Daair is 291 per kit and 11 dollars
for shipping. Dr Pedro Cervantes wants 450 for the same kit and
15 for shipping. Doug Mest will inject you for 350.. and Dr.
Echavez, in SF wants 290 for nufill, 500 for the procedure.
Anyone have Dr. Mest or Chavez do they're Nufill procedure, say
6 to 8 months ago? anyone able to tell me how it went? are you
happy with it? Thanks much..
