Re:Testosterone

When I started testosterone supplementation, I read a lot about it.
Some people can take supplementary shots or gel for 12 weeks, and
their body's natural production will kick back in at a normal level.
That didn't happen for me, and I am still taking the shots several
years later. I liked the gel, but my skin developed a reaction to it.
Taking the shots every two weeks was too much of a roller coaster, so
I give myself an injection in the butt every week. As long as I do
resistance exercise, it works great for me. If I don't exercise, it
doesn't seem to give me any energy or strength.
