What a terrible thing to go through. You might want to try the other
meningitis related groups on yahoo as I know that there are some that
have chronic meningitis - you may also reach out to the american
meningitis assocation - I may have links to them on this site.
I wish you all the best in your search, be careful with the pain
meds. it's best to get off of them and try a prophylactic that
prevents your headaches. And it sounds like you need another dr.
There is loads of info under the "files" section here including
recommended meds for post meningitis headache from a viral infection
specifically.
