I know many of you suffer from headaches between bouts.

Heal Your Headache: The 1-2-3 Program for Taking Charge of Your Pain
I get headaches daily and take narcotics daily. This book really address
specific food triggers and recommends getting off the narcotics and making very
specific dietary changes so you can lower the things that lead up to getting a
headache. The author is a neurologist and John Hopkins University.
I've started a new group on Ning, a make-your-own-social-networking group, based
on the book. The dietary changes are pretty big and coming up with a new way to
eat is a big deal so I figured if others wanted to try it we could recipe swap
etc. Here's the URL. I figured despite how hard the life style change might be
it couldn't be harder then having headaches everyday.
