| Hello. He has Viral meningitis. He started feelling sick last monday, the 15th, and spent five days in the hospital. He was released Sunday. He just finally broke his fever, but he ist still really sick. We just don't know if this is normal...? We know it lasts about 2 weeks and sometimes longer, but we just weren't sure. How long did your fever last? How long did it take to feel better? They gave him pain and fever meds and that's it.
