Thanks Shelly for all of your words. You said a lot in a little
amount of space. I have been suffering from this for 4.5 years and
can understand everything you are saying perfectly. You are right on
the money. One thing that I really struggle with is depression. I try
to keep an even keel with everything (diet, exercise, stress, rest,
etc.), but I tend to get down just about every day because of this
heavy burden. I suppose prayer and keeping optimistic can help but
any words you have on this aspect would be much appreciated. I've
already lost so much and it just seems harder and harder to keep
going when I feel so limited. Everything has an effect, even the good
stuff.
All ideas welcome.
