Sharing online articles, resources, links and literature along with book suggestions are highly encouraged!

Topics discussed cover a wide range of categories that include: infertility, acne, medications, dieting, lifestyle changes, herbs, alternative therapies, hirsutism, insulin resistance, diabetes, pregnancy, frustrations, achievements and anything else that is important or pertaining to the lives of women with PCOS.

Please keep in mind that we are here to discuss ways to treat our PCOS and not just infertility. It is far more important to get our hormones regulated than to just force ovulation on an unhealthy body. Getting pregnant is the easy part, but staying pregnant, carrying our baby/babies to full term and living long healthy lives with our children and/or loved ones are the main focuses of this group.
