Encouragement and support for weight loss.

This is a support group for anyone who is over weight, obese, morbidly obese,or super morbidly obese and trying to lose weight. Our purpose is to support , give advice, share resourses, vent, make a life style change by eating healthy and find lasting friendship.

There will be no bashing of any kind. Anyone fussing or starting a fuss will be banned ! Offensive language will not be tolerated !
