Ask your GP for a referral to a specialist in the field of Neuropathy, thats normally the best way to go then you can speak direct to that person with any history your GP writes on the referral. Also see another GP for questions if you are not happy. Everyone is entitled to a second opinion.

My internist seems to put me off, but then, if I say I want this test
or that test because... He will order it up for me. I just have to
be well informed! (at least it has been that way with the RLS) the
PN, I don't know so much about though.
