I am in a new support group and you know just what I have gathered from 2 meetings it seems everyone is so different..so it makes you realize it must be hard on the Drs too..

..I have diabetic nauropathy and amyotrophy..my md asked me to have the neurologist send him some information on my problems..

how do you find a doctor that will help you? Are there standard tests to be done? My internist seems to put me off, but then, if I say I want this test or that... 		rlsandfighting

Ask your GP for a referral to a specialist in the field of Neuropathy, thats normally the best way to go then you can speak direct to that person with any...
