I'm new to this group and have had Idiopathic Peripheral Neuropathy
for about 5 years. Both my feet are affected and I now have diminished
sensation in my ankles and my left lower leg. Recently I have been
experiencing swelling in my ankles and feet, more pronounced on my
left side.There isn't pain involved, just discomfort. Most obvious
causes have been ruled out and I'm wondering if anyone has had
swelling that their doctor has associated with their neuropathy.My
internist doesn't think there's any connection,and my neurologist
hasn't seen me since this began. Have an appt. with him in a few
weeks. Thanks for any input.
