I am getting the regular Social Security. You can get reduced benefits at 62. I am upset with my hubby though and I say well I should have known this is what he would do. According to him the doctors have just been begging him for years to go on disability.
When I call to talk to them that is not what I hear. I think he may be in for a surprise. I mean he is only going to be 60. He will get Veteran's benefits. I will be left with who knows what. He quit another job and said oh we had benefits..we did not and when I called his company they said he was told this..so I was without insurance for some time..
