I have diabetic neuropathy and amyotrophy..the amyotrophy starts around the lower back hips..goes down the leg..I am not sure where else it can go but it did seem with me I hurt all over..now that I think about it my arms did hurt..you might want to look into it..

when they did the nerve test on me they told my daughter that was what I had and later again I was told that..
