Hello Everyone,
My name is Ruth; I'm 53 pushing 54. I have had PN for 15 years, and I consider myself a pro at making life adjustments. I'm married to Larry King, but unfortunately not the one you're thinking of... But none-the-less a wonderful man... I do look at the lighter side of life cause if I dwelled on the pain they'd just give me more pills, and I'm already a walking Pharmacy... My latest Doc tells my I have to walk as much as I can, well that I do but my legs and hips seem to like hugging the floor more often then I'd like them too, and my sweet husband keeps telling me to stop falling, (like I have some kind of control over it-ya right!!!) but I know he worries, which is ok in my book, cause the last husband divorced me for reasons I still can't figure out and I quote him "I can't stay with you and watch you die!"
On the lighter side, I'm so glad I found this group. I can't tell you how long I have gone on thinking that a lot of this daily pain and discomfort that I have is not all in my head that there are others that share my symptoms. I live in a very strange state (besides being crazy) Minnesota, their laws on the physically challenged are to say the least crazy.. But that's a story for later..
Tc all, "May God's angels caress you with their wings and guide through your day"
