I have that besides diabetic neuropathy.  In 4 years I have found no one else with it.  I am going to my neurologist tomorrow and I am going to ask if she has another patient with it. 
 
I am on 3200 of Neurontin a day plus a sleeping pill.  I took Oxycontin when I first got this.  I will say one thing.  You can take the Oxy and within 1/2 hour - 1hour you will not be hurting--byt--you may be halucinating.  But when I was real bad even that did not take the pain away.
 
I coordinate the web page for our local group.  Here it is..

I saw the pa and not the doctor. She was real nasty and rude and I reported her. She said she would put a note on my chart and ask the Dr..the PA did not...
