a little more frequently. I can do it some of the time. I certainly
have my share of questions/problems.

The Numb Toes series really does have a lot of information.

I was on my feet a lot yesterday and then sat on some bleachers where
my feet didn't touch the ground while at a rodeo. Had a very bad
night following. I had taken my Lidoderm patches off as they had been
on for 12 hrs so didn't have the benefit of them. They are not
working consistently for me now. I am thinking I will have to have an
increase in the Neurontin before too long. Maybe sooner than I
want.Prior to that, I spent some time in Walmart shopping with my
daughter and of course no electric carts available. THey don't keep
enough of them running.

Shoes have been a major problem for me. I am still wearing my Z Coils
and they do feel better than any others I have tried on but don't do
everything I need in a shoe. My balance is a bit off and it makes
walking difficult when barefoot. Then add the coils and they are a
bit tipsy for me at time.

I need to get my snack and get to bed.
Everyone have a good week.

Sunny
