Although I enjoy reading all the posts from members, and contribute a response now and again I am wondering if I should still be a member of the group now that I know the results of my scan and have a full diagnosis.  As you may recall I presented all the symptoms of PN without the pain but I was told earlier this week that I don't have a generalised PN I have bilateral  poly-radiculopathy as a result of two swollen discs in my lumbar/sacral spine and there are some signs of oesteo-arthritis too.  The compression on the nerve that is causing my tingle, loss of sensation, poor balance etc is happening at the point where the sacral nerve leaves the spinal cord between L5 and S1 vertebrae.

 

Do I resign? Stay as a lurker with occassional contributions?  It's up to you as Moderator I think.
