I have been told I have diabetic neuropathy and diabetic amyotrophy.  It does seem the neuropathies cover a wide range of problems.  I am pretty good right now.  I take 3200 of Neurontin a day plus the sleeping pills prescribed for this.  I have little pain now but I have put on so much weight.  My foot does bother me and I do feel it is from the weight.  Seems you can not win.  But you have to keep on trying.

Having a laugh does help..

My heart goes out to you. Is there anything you can do to help with the pain besides pain pills. The reason I ask is because pain pills make me so so sleepy.... 		Julie1037@...

I messed around with an MD and a podiatrist. Neither one knew what to do. The podiatrist didn't even recognize the fact I had neuropathy and had those horrible...
