Lois,
I still love the shoes. They have been the best thing that happened to me. I have some pain still. Keeping my medications regular and not missing any is a must and I don't do that well with that.
I use Lidoderm patches if I know I am going to be on my feet and doing things that cause me pain.
I am on Neurontin - 1400 mg a day taken in 4 doses. The evening dose is the largest 800 at suppertime and another 300 at bedtime.
The shoes have the support I needed for my feet without having areas that caused pressure as my inlays did. They are roomy in the toe box and the coils and soles give cushioning that helps the shock of impact when walking.
I haven't gone to a pain clinic. I did get cortisone shots in my lower spine though and they helped with my back pain.

warmer and maybe rainier weather as we are. Also, the
last post, you still loved your z-coil shoes. I just
can't imagine they can help that much but sure do
believe you. and wish I could try some. What is your
main pain reliever? I am giving it serious thought to
change pain clinics. Long story and it is late so
will tell you on another post. Thanks, again. Lois
