It had been a good couple days. roy came in Sunday. i was getting depressed because hadn't seen him in a week. he is a regional truck driver. he has been a driver for 20 yrs. he worked hauling coal for the last 4 yrs but went back to other. as for my self, ive felt pretty stove up. i have arthritis in my elbows and neck. it has been bothering me. now i have a new pain. probably arthritis. it's in my outer thigh area. every time i go to get up it nearly
