Tomorrow I go for my third spinal injection for lumbar stenosis. Feels sooo good after . My whole body relaxes. I guess we get so use to the pain and how it tenses the body,that we dont realize how bad it is. Even with meds. Oh well hope you are doing okay. Nice to hear from you. Jan S.
