Jan, thank you for getting back to me. i know what you mean about spam. that is what a good moderator does. there is another group that i visit that has no moderator and the spam is unbelievable, then anothe i go to has good moderator and is a very enjoyable group without all the filth getting through. i notice tonight that there was some spam from perfiphral neuropathy that was filth. i didn't even open it. yes, it is noce to have others like us to share aur experience strength and hope with. i'm married with three adult daughters two of my own from previous marriage and one from hubby previous marriage. 4 grands and two dogs. live in a small town in SEokla. weather is very hot this week. was a former Lpn nurse but health prevents me from working anylonger. can't pound the halls like i use to . i also have fibromyalgia,vericose veins,proturding disk,bi-polar osteo arthritis hypertension and high chlosterol. enough about me. tell me a
