I also have non-diabetic neuropathy. I take ALA (800mg daily) and benfotiamine (640mg daily). these supplements help me a great deal with the burning and tingling. Im also using lidocaine pathes at night along with otc pain relievers. Im holding off on the heavy duty stuff until i can no longer deal with the pain. There is a wealth of knowledge in this group. Many of the others have it much worse and for a far longer time. dont hesitate to ask them questions-theyve been a big help.
