The best tip I can share with you is that whatever you are feeling is
real and it is not imagined. I have been dealing with this for 6 years
and at times I thought I was losing my mind, but I know now that I am
not and what I feel, that burning aching pain that as I have described
to people who don't have this as that sensation the foot falling
asleep, but after stomping it awake that feeling goes away, but for me
it never goes away and it magnified by 1000 fold and it is in both legs
and half of my arms. For your sake I hope it is not that, but if it is
just know that you are not alone.
I hope this helps.
