RE: [ParishNurse] Re: [Disaster plan

Roger, Those of us in the NYC area have an excellent resource in an
organization called New York Disaster Interfaith Services. They are
actively helping faith based organizations plan for disaster response
through a partnership with city agencies. There are good resources on
their web site: www.nydis.org. Whether or not you're in the NYC area,
their resources may be helpful to implement planning in the area in
which you live.

Thanks

Thanks Jane for the information!

I am also looking to see who may have something for disasters such as
tornado's, hurricane's, earthquake etc.

Are there congregations who are also disaster responders as well?

Thanks,

Roger
